Carters Wavemakers

Well the Swimathon has been and gone and what a day!!

On Friday, 17th April 2009 our squad consisting of Fiona Wilson, Kirsty Mutch, Faye MacDonald and Lucy Brinklow made their way down to the pool in order to attempt the 5km challenge, which we are very proud to say, the team did in a very respectable time of 2hours 16minutes.

We would like to give a BIG, BIG thank you to all our sponsors. We managed to raise £850 for Marie Curie Cancer and the Swimathon Foundation. Thank you all for your kind generosity.
